Dinner Escapade at Holland Village
Saturday, July 30th, 2005I remember about a year ago, a bossom friend introduced me to fine italian dinning at Al Dente Trattoria Esplanade. My colleagues and I patronized the same restaurant at holland village this evening. I had my usual order. Cream of wild forest mushrooms for starters, spaghetti arrogosta (spaghetti with lobster meat chunks in garlic sauce) as my main and if I didnt drive, I would have ordered a glass of sauvignon blanc. The food was fantastic as always but I found the ambience lacking. We dined indoors since the weather was too humid. Cosy setting but I think the air conditioning was too strong for our preference. Would rather dine outdoors to the backdrop of a spectacular view of the city from the rooftop of the esplanade mall.
The next stoppover wasat Haagen Daz, which we shared the chocolate fondue.
I dont believe it. My colleagues’ virgin experience in eating chocolate fondue. Fondue gone in 15 mins…
