Went to register for the 8km Terry Fox Run at Borders. Run commences tomorrow at 0800hrs at Palawan Beach, Sentosa. Those who are interested can register tomorrow at the beach itself. Registration fee is $25. All for a good sweat and for a good cause. Those who have already signed up, make sure you bring along your wristband for free entry to Sentosa. See you there tomorrow.
Its time for Army Half marathon again. This is a much anticipated event in the army training calendar. Time to catch up with old friends and colleagues. The running route this year was similar to last year, a distance of 21.1km starting from the padang, past key landmarks such as the fullerton hotel, esplanade, nicoll highway, east coast park and the national stadium.
Was kinda nervous the night before the event. Havent really trained up for such a long distance run. Extremely relieved that I am still able to clock a timing below 2hrs 45 mins which entitled me to a finisher medal (See pictures below).
The whole event ended at about 10.30 am. Will worry about the occassional cramps later.

DY ACGS (Int) Send off
This send off was quite sometime ago. My DY ACGS (5th guy from the right) was called in to assist in the ACEH Monitoring Mission. Going to spend 6 mths there. All the best Sir.
